Ronald Lee Vanpelt

Ronald Lee Vanpelt, 49, of Princeton passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at his residence in Princeton, IN. He was born on Saturday, July 31, 1976, in Elkins, WV to Howard and Betty Jackson Vanpelt, both of whom precede.

Ron was a 6 year area resident and employed by Peabody Coal Company as a miner at the Francisco Coal Mine. On April 2, 2017, Ron married Angela Liberty in Elkins, WV.

Ron is survived by his wife, Angela, of Princeton; two daughters, Savannah Toney (fiancé, Austin Ashley) of Terre Haute, IN, and Sierra (Brandon) Aberegg of Mill Creek, WV; one brother, David (Crystal) Vanpelt of Dailey, WV; two grandchildren, Silas and Dawson Aberegg, also of Mill Creek, WV.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents.

Ron’s family has selected Doyle Funeral Home, 520 S. Main Street, Princeton, IN 47670 for arrangements.

Cremation will take place with services pending at this time.
