Patricia Ann Lutz

Patricia “Pat” Ann Lutz, 88, of Princeton, Indiana, passed into the presence of her Savior on Friday, August 1, 2025, while surrounded by her family at the Linda E White Hospice House in Evansville, IN. Pat was born in Princeton on February 16, 1937, to Everett and Madge (Arbuthnot) Benedict, both of whom have preceded her in death.

Pat is a lifelong resident of Gibson County and attended Bethel Memorial Church in Princeton. On August 20, 1955, in Haubstadt, IN, Pat married Jack Ronald Lutz, who preceded in 2011. Pat was a homemaker who worked briefly at Pioneer Seed Company, currently Corteva Agriscience. She was an avid bowler and was involved in several bowling leagues over the years. Pat loved her fellowship time with friends at Burger King.

Pat is survived by 2 sons, Mike (Darlene) Lutz and Jeff (Cindy) Lutz, both of Princeton, IN. Other survivors include 1 brother, Larry “Butch” Benedict of Fowler, IN; 3 grandchildren: Ashley (Clay) Robb, Trisha DeHaven, and Kristen (Derek) Beck; and 9 great grandchildren: Austin, Elias, Uriah, and Oaklin Robb; Jace, Layton, and Bryleigh DeHaven; and Ava and Xander Beck.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Jack.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 PM at Bethel Memorial Church, located at 1520 S Main Street, Princeton, IN, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery, also in Princeton.
