Jack Leland White, 93, of Princeton, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. Jack was born on Friday, May 12, 1933, in Princeton, IN to Kenneth and Etta Leona White, both of whom precede. Jack was a mechanic for the city of Princeton, IN for 32 years. On May 11, 1953, Jack began service as a Helicopter Mechanic with the 1st Engineer Battalion in the U.S. Army, remaining until April 20, 1955.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Gayle, and second wife, Virginia; his daughter, Nancy Kramer; his sisters, Joanne Ringham and Kenelee Brown; and his niece, Carolyn Sue Hayes.
Jack is survived by two daughters, Denise (Arther) Wint of AZ and Jackie (Kyle) Dodds of Booneville, IN; eleven grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; twelve great-great-grandchildren; and two nieces, Donna Offerman and Dr. Deborah Lynn Brown.
There will be a graveside service at 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Columbia White Church Cemetery with Pastor Justin Dyehouse officiating. The Retired Military Veterans organization will be performing military honors.
